Chair – Founder & Executive Director
Accomplished operations professional with 15+ years of experience innovating processes and improvements resulting in revenue gains, cost reductions and long-term growth. Keen financial sense in regards to client and business needs with proven ability to identify expense-saving and revenue generating opportunities. Proven ability to catalyze change, streamline workflow, implement tactical solutions and increase efficiency through aggressive initiatives. Ensures the alignment of strategic plans with corporate objectives. In addition to her corporate experience, Ann Marie also has a wealth of knowledge about parenthood and what is required to care for children. She is a mother of 6 young children.
Vice Chair – President, Atturo Tire Corporation
An entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in growing businesses in both the service and distribution sectors. As the current president of a private brand tire company with global distribution, a broad and long term view is undertaken to develop the brand and profitably increase sales across international markets. Michael has a great desire to give back to the community and supports Twice As Nice Mother & Child with thoughtful efforts to help develop the reach and operation of the charity.
Secretary – Retired
Retired Registered Physical Therapist with 30 years of experience in various health care facilities, many with special needs under Medicaid programs. Retired Farm Manager overseeing employee time use, equipment needs, animal welfare, efficient use of water, soil, forage, and sales of beef/pork/poultry products. Volunteer experience at camps for girls and boys, providing for 90-180 persons using a limited budget in food service. Numerous volunteer positions through schools, churches and community services including soup kitchens. International traveling for business and religious pilgrimage with various groups, coordinating itinerary, etc.
Lisa Tybor-Jaraczewski, M.S., M.D.
Pediatrician – North Shore University Health System
Dr. Tybor is a board certified pediatrician and has been practicing pediatrics for the last 22 years. She graduated from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois and completed a pediatric residency program at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to her medical training, she obtained a master’s degree in molecular biology. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Catholic Medical Association. She volunteers at Aid for Women in Northern Lake County and the Right to Life Ministry. In the past, she taught baptismal preparation courses at her parish. She has also committed numerous hours of volunteer work at various school and sports functions for her four children.
Jade Dellinger, D.C.
Chiropractor – North Shore Pro-Active Health
A lifelong Lake County resident, Dr. Dellinger, is a board certified chiropractor and has been practicing in Libertyville for 8 years. She received her doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2009. Dr. Dellinger found her passion dedicating her time and studies to family care, focusing on the health and well-being of women during pregnancy as well as pediatrics. She is currently pursuing a Diplomate in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, of which is also an active member. She received the volunteer of the year award from North Pointe Resources in 2011 and has been striving ever since to give back to the community in any way she can. She is looking forward to being part of an organization whose goal is to better the lives of mothers and children in need.
Human Resources Director – Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago
Christina Dietz is a Director within the Human Resources department at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and has worked there for 20 years. She is highly personable, adept at building trusting relationships and has strong leadership and coaching skills for staff and teams encouraging growth, while aligning outcomes with organizational goals. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. Christina grew up in Lake County, Illinois and has lived here for the last 13 years. She has volunteered in multiple capacities through her children’s school, including a Cub Scout Den Leader and through her church. Christina is looking forward to partnering with an organization that cares for families in need.
Division Vice President – Diamond Residential Mortgage Libertyville
Jan Leasure, currently the Division President of Diamond Residential Mortgage, Libertyville, has spent most of her career living and working in Lake County. Jan received both her BA and MA from Northern Illinois University and spent 20 years teaching English in Lake County in Waukegan at Jack Benny Jr. High School and Columbia College (Columbia, MO) where she was Director of the Adjunct Faculty in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin for ten years. Jan was a nationally syndicated consumer columnist and wrote $uper $aver distributed by Universal Press Syndicate for 25 years. Her column appeared twice weekly in 125 newspapers across the country including the Chicago Sun Times, The Daily Herald, the Waukegan News Sun, the Arizona Republic, the Miami Herald and the Portland Oregonian. Jan is an author, business consultant and public speaker. Jan was recognized by President Ronald Reagan and The Office of Consumer Affairs, for her work on behalf of consumers and appeared on more than 500 radio and television shows representing and educating consumers. She is the author of 5 books. Jan was nominated as Loan Officer of the Year by the NAMP. Throughout her lengthy career, Jan has donated her time to discuss women’s issues and educate and enlighten women in the areas of consumer finance
